Please order your products online and select pickup. When your order is ready you will be contacted to set up a pickup time. 

Unfortunately due to safety concerns, we do not allow guests to accompany you. If you are under the age of 18, you are allowed to bring your guardian. 

Please complete your digital forms before arriving. If you need to fill them out at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early.

You don’t need to come with clean skin; we will take care of that in the treatment room. However, please avoid wearing makeup.

New clients: Discontinue all active products for 3 days before your appointment.

Unless you violate our cancellation policy, we do not charge your card on file!

Contact your skincare professional if you have any concerns or experience unusual reactions. For best results, follow these post-procedure skincare recommendations to minimize side effects and maximize your results.

• Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours after any facial

• Avoid vigorous physical activity for 48 hours following the treatment.

• Avoid direct sunlight (including tanning beds and strong UV light) immediately after the treatment. If sun exposure is unavoidable, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen.

• Do NOT use active acids and exfoliating scrubs(e.g., glycolic, salicylic, retinol) for the next 5 days.

• Do NOT pull, rub, or scratch your face. This can cause damage, compromise results, and potentially lead to scarring.

• Monitor for blisters or painful areas on the skin, especially if you're prone to cold sores. Report any blistering immediately.

• Expect increased skin sensitivity, which may include stinging, itching, redness, swelling, tightness, peeling, or scabbing.

• Avoid waxing or depilatories for 7-10 days after treatment

• Reapply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every 2-4 hours.

• Hydrate properly: Drink a full glass of tepid water immediately after treatment and aim for a total of 8 glasses within the following 8 hours.

• Use only professional skincare products recommended by your skincare professional.

Product life can ranged anywhere under a year. Most products used twice a day last about 3-4 months. Other products can last 6 months - a year. 

We try to ship our products out within 48 business hours of you ordering. Please allow a week after we’ve shipped for them to arrive. Most clients receive them faster than that. 

Your first appointment is all about understanding your skin. We'll go over your intake form, talk about your concerns, current routine, and skin goals. Based on this, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 fee or forfeit your deposit. No exceptions, even if you're sick.

No Refunds Policy
As our treatments are personalized, refunds are not offered once services have been performed. If you have any concerns about your results, please reach out, and we’ll work together to address them.
